  Importing wine   Good evening my dear readers. Just came home from my friend place.    For the past two weeks was completing all forms and signing them to start my own business.    I am planning to introduce an amazing Spanish wine to this country. In the process at this moment .    I didn’t know how much paperwork has to be done. It’s out of this world. No wonder lawyers charge so much money to do this all for whoever needs it.    I must know so many rules and regulation. I didn’t know it was that serious. They put wine and spirit next to tobacco and guns. I was super surprised that my wine is right next to guns regulation.    I do understand this is alcohol but didn’t know it was that strict. I have a bunch of papers that I have to mesmerize in order to avoid  mistakes.   This week or in the beginning of the next week I have to do my fingerprints. Really looking forward to finish all this paperwork and start to do...

Morning 2021    It is the first day of this magical year that just began. Since all restaurants had a curfew there was many private events to celebrate new year privately at home.    There was no fireworks that were organized by the city. But I felt that it was a magical beginning for all of us.    I would like to take a moment and wish for all of us to leave everything behind that no longer serves us and enter this magical year with the bright sun looking down at us making us warm and gives us the light to the path that we are about to take.    As the clock was striking midnight and everyone was saying 10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1 I felt goosebumps going through my whole body. I know that we are entering a brand new world. And this world is right in front of us. Can’t wait to see how it all will turn out to be.    Anyway  I just wanted to say hi and begin this 2021 year with all of you.  Wishing you all the best and will see you soon....
