Women's life matter

Women - VS - Men

 Good Evening

Just came from a restaurant and decided to share my experience with you on how I was treated differently just because I was without a man next to me.
It happened two times today. Two times a day was a bit too much for me. I was given a hard time over choosing a table to be outside even though during my reservation over the phone was told that seatings outside were first come first serve. I had a reservation with a request for a table outside.
In a restaurant a young lady was telling me how demanding tables were outside and I would have to wait for 40 minutes if not longer even though  one table was empty and two other tables were about to be free.
I was insisting on waiting for an outside table and purposely stood nearby to see what she would be telling other people.
Interestingly enough she was super sweet with a different intonation when she was talking to a man who was standing in line after me. Her answer to him about a table outside was: “ Let me see what I can do“ my eyes just rolled up. So unfair.
My advantage was only that I was standing near and heard all dialogue between them and she knew it. Because of this man my table was magically available 10 minutes later. Her explanation to me was that some member just canceled his reservation.
Something similar happened during my dinner as well. My question is: What is this and why we women treated differently in a place and restaurants where no one knows us and we are not regular customers.
And also what shocked me was when I see woman do it to other woman. Why? ..... it is not like our meal is 50% off just because we are girls.
But when I walk in with a man next to me the best table would be presented to us. Do men spend more than we do? I would say 50-50.
I know personally my friend's husband who is well off and yet very stingy when it comes to ordering and tipping the waiter. Always made me feel embarrassed and yet he is a man and I am a woman.
This world has generous and stingy men and women. I would say probably equally and people who work in the restaurant know that as well. But still they would give better service to a man.
If I didn’t dine with a man I would probably never know the difference.
Why am I writing this? Probably for the Universe to hear me out and change that or make our bill 50% off LOL at least we can justify it.
Now I feel much better after putting my complaints out there.
  Speak to you soon.
 With love...
