Ocean and the moon

 Tonight's full moon.

  Good evening my friends. Writing to you from the beach. Sitting on the sand after my evening swim in the ocean and waiting for the moon to come out.
  Tonight  ocean is very playful. My hair is all wet because the waves were covering me over and over. Made me feel like a child.
  Love the ocean during this time of the year. Inside it felt like I was taking a bath in a lukewarm water.
  Makes me realize how lucky I am to be able to come here and soak my self in the salty minerals.  My nutritionist told me not to shower after a swim in the ocean. She explained it to me that the salt water has so much medicine in it that it is very good to let it be on our skin minimum four hours after the swim. Just sharing the info if anybody is interested. 
  Some people dream about this and I have this every day. What a gift. 
  What surprises me is that many people are on the beach late at night. It is 8 PM and around 10 people are still swimming. It is amezing. I love it.... feels lively.
  Usually I come here at 5 PM but today I decided to go and watch the moon. What an amazing evening.
  Not sure why so many people but some probably just like me waiting for the Moon and some just love evening swim. I think you should all try it if you live near the water.
