TV & our children
School project
Good evening my dear readers.
Sitting on the beach after my usual afternoon swim and while listening to the waves and super loud Seagulls noise I decided to write about my son's school project.
This morning he told me that he needs me for video interview. He wants to question me about todays TV shows and movies and give him my opinion about the difference of today programs and when I was 15 years old.
I was very surprised at my answers to my sons questions. I told him how I dislike to watch today’s TV programs because of the violence and cursing with different type of slang’s that became super popular on TV those days. It goes the same for the bad role models for today young generation.
I find the TV being damaging to the young people. If I could change I would eliminate all type of cursing and slangs. I would not allow to show bad ideas and would clean up all TV programs.
As of today I do not watch TV or movies unless it is a comedy because I can’t take too much cursing or disrespect of young people to their parents or other human being. Or sit and watch how plastic surgery with fillers and botox are ok for 18 years olds.
I find today’s TV is all garbage if I can describe it in one word. I hope the future would change what we watch and put more restrictions on what they showed to us and our children. I hope and think that many people feel and think the same way as I do.
Well… Now it is time for me to go back into the ocean. It’s calling me
